Video Rental FAQs

The Henry Johnson website associates your purchase with the email address you used to make your order(s). In order to watch the film, you either need:

1. Your order confirmation email (the one that says "Order #24N****** confirmed").  Just click on WATCH HENRY JOHNSON NOW!

2. A valid account on the Henry Johnson website. You can either, Create An Account, Log In to your existing account, or check your Account Page - from there just click CLICK HERE TO WATCH THE MOVIE NOW.

That's ok. Just create an account using the email address you made your purchase with. Everything will link up like magic.  And you can always use the WATCH HENRY JOHNSON NOW button in your Order Confirmation email.

NOTE: If you paid via Paypal, ApplePay, or GooglePay - the system will associate your purchase using the email associated with that particular account, sometimes even against your wishes. That's just how it works. So - make sure to use your payment-method-associated email address to log in to your account.

It's fine!  The site will associate your purchase with the email address you used when you checked out (or the email you have on your Paypal, Google Pay, or Apple Pay account).

Either Create An Account if you haven't done so, or Log In to your existing account.  From there just click CLICK HERE TO WATCH THE MOVIE NOW.

APPLE AIRPLAY

Viewers can AirPlay from the Safari browser on macOS, iOS, and iPadOS devices by selecting the AirPlay icon in the bottom right corner of the video window, and then selecting their destination device.

CHROMECAST

To cast a video to a Chromecast-equipped TV or TV device, select the Chromecast icon in the bottom right corner of the video window and then select your destination device.

For English subtitles, click the CC icon on the bottom right of the video player window.  Then select English.
